Sept 2 – 7pm – Deacon's Meeting
Sept 2 – Church trip to Miyabi's. We'll leave church at 3pm to arrive at 4pm. Everyone is welcome to go.
Sept 11 – 7pm – Missions Night
Sept 21 – Friends of the Children Workday at Pembroke
Sept 22 – 7:30pm – Church Council Meeting
Sept 29 – Homecoming – Kevin Kinlaw will be our guest speaker. There will be no evening service.
The NC Missions Offering will be collected Sept 1, 8, and 15.
Starting in September, the men's Sunday School class will be studying about some Baptist basics. The pastor will start a sermon series based on Thom Rainer's "I am a Church Member." And we'll look at family on Wednesday nights.

· God gave the people in the New Testament numerous second chances.
· And God gives us numerous second chances.
Have we thanked Him enough for them?
Have we then forgiven others?
