· Acts 16:10 – It is interesting to notice from here until the end of Acts that the text varies between "we" and "they." When it says, "we," then Luke, who wrote this book, is with them.
· The epistles of 1 and 2 Thessalonians were written during the events of chapter 18.
ANNOUNCEMENTS
Ladies
Women's Sunday is February 26. Please stay after church next Sunday (February 19) to go over some songs and finalize plans.
Medicine Bottles for Change
The ladies would like everyone to take a medicine bottle and fill it with your loose change. The money will help pay for prescriptions for those in the Baptist Retirement Homes.
Youth Summer Camp
The youth will be heading to Caraway / Munda Vista July 10-14. We'll do fundraising to offset the cost.
If your child would like to go, please turn in your name, their name, and $120 per child as soon as possible.
If you have any questions, please see a youth committee member.
Calendars
The WOM still have a few 2017 calendars left for $4 each. Please see Phyllis or Tammy to buy one.
"Beast" Feast
All are welcome to Beulah's "Beast" Feast meal at 5pm on Saturday, February 18.
Directory Information
Lifetouch has given us info sheets on the directory (like the free 8x10) and their photography procedures. Please pick one up in the foyer today.
Shut-Ins/Elderly
Don't forget to call, visit, and/or write to our elderly and shut-ins. This includes Josephine (whose birthday is Feb. 26), Frank (whose birthday is Apr. 1), Bernice, Louvene, and Nellie.
Calendar
Please see Helen soon if you have a date that you need the Fellowship Hall (for birthdays, etc.). This will help us to get it ready.
